For: The evidence that Ned Walpin and Matt Davis ordered C.J. McCue to spy on Mark St. John is supported by discovery from Mark St. John's lawsuit against the college. Several people have seen evidence from the lawsuit. In addition, the college's refusal to publicly release evidence from the lawsuit or to offer its side of the story is suspicious. No privacy rules prevent the college from the release of such information; Mark St. John would presumably be willing to release it if the college were. Against: As the evidence from the lawsuit has not been publicly released, it is impossible for the St. John's community to know for certain anything about the case.
