For: Numerous witnesses say that Jane Murray was attacked by security without provocation. Witnesses claim that Jane Murray was not acting violently prior to the incident. Mark Ingham filed a detailed report, located in the documents section of this website, lambasting security for their behavior. Photographic evidence of her bruises exists.
Against: Numerous witnesses say that Jane was acting weird. Witnesses have criticized her for running from security and attacking security after security pounced on her. They argue that it is never acceptable to run from or attack security. Christopher Nelson, president of the Annapolis campus, says that the college has "security and other witnesses" who claim that Jane was acting violently prior to the incident.
