For: Numerous student witnesses say that harsh tactics were used to solicit confessions. It seems absurd to believe that students would confess or name others if harsh tactics were not used.
Against: The administration says that privacy rules forbid them from speaking. If they could talk, there would be an explanation that would exonerate them.
